There are so many fun things to play with while you stamp, but here are the 5 basic ones you need to create that finished project
1. ADHESIVE
This literally the thing that holds it all together. There are some great options in the Stampin’ Up! catalog. I would recommend starting with either Stampin’ Seal or Liquid glue.

Stampin’ Seal is a double sided tape that comes in a refillable dispenser.
It will be perfect to hold all of the layers of your card projects together

In addition to holding your card parts together, liquid glue can also be used to attach embellishments (like sequins) to your cards.
2. Paper Trimmer
A paper trimmer is needed to get those precision cuts.

With a swingout arm that measures up to 12+ inches, you can cut all types of papers quickly and easily.
There is also a scoring blade attached to help your folds be crisp and precise.
3. Acrylic Blocks
No matter the type of stamp you purchase, cling or photopolymer, you will need blocks! You place your stamps on them for use.

Acrylic blocks come in a variety of sizes.
They can be purchased individually or in a group.
four. Stampin’ Shammy
You’re going to need something to clean up the extra ink. The Stampin’ Shammy is perfect for this!

It may not look like much, but this little piece of purple material does wonders!
Simply get it wet, rub your stamps across it and voila! All clean.
The Stampin’ Shammy can be used over and over again. Simply wet, wring it out and you’re good to go again!
5. Paper Snips
Our scissors are one of the best on the market!

Super sharp for precision cuts.
Good for both right or left handed crafters.
There is a safety guard for storage.
Bonus “must-haves”
There are 2 more things that are ALWAYS in my reach when I’m stamping. Stampin’ Dimensionals and a Bone Folder.

Use these fun double sided adhesive hexagons to attach cut images or other layers to your project. Lifting them up and giving aptly named dimension to your card!

The bone folder is a multi purpose scoring tool.
Use the point to create score lines and the flat edge to give those folds a crisp edge!
